This is the application portal for the ISN Fellowship Extension, for Fellows who have already started their training and wish to extend the length. Please note that ISN Fellowships cannot be extended beyond 12 months.

Please do not use this portal if you wish to apply to:

• The ISN Fellowship Program (in which applicants from low- or middle- income countries apply for hands-on training at a chosen host center)
• The IACN-ISN-HKSN Fellowship (for applicants in China who wish to do short-term training in China or Hong Kong)
• ISN Interventional Neprhology Scholarship Program, for short-term training in Interventional Nephrology at one of 12 IN Training Centers.
